Nightfall in a private camp in the Empty Quarter

Our camp was set deep in the dunes, and we arrived in time for us to explore and take photographs.  To enjoy a drink at sunset, followed by an excellent dinner served by the Keralan chef and his staff.  After dinner we settled on cushions by the embers of the fire stirring ourselves to walk among the dunes beneath a star scattered sky.  A walk through the wind sculpted sands revealed the huge diversity of shapes, colours and textures and a surprising plethora of small hardy plant life.....

Hud Hud offers a four night, five day safari in Dhofar.  This is a private camp with two nights spent on a beach near Mirbat and two nights deep in the Empty Quarter and is recommended for four people or more.
