Here at Hud Hud, our passion for food knows no bounds and we pride ourselves on being able to produce fantastic, varied food from Middle Eastern style cuisine, to North African and Mediterranean. Everything is prepared on site using local ingredients wherever possible. Even in the most logistically challenging locations, our chefs work hard to create fantastic dishes. We recently hosted a private open-air dinner party on top of a secluded island, serving up a Thai inspired menu and a full sushi course which was freshly rolled on site.
Our chef, Roy, who has been at Hud Hud from the beginning is expert at creating incredible fusions in order to meet our guests preferences and dietary requirements.
